I noticed acharge on my card for the last couple of months, but thought my husband had authorized these charges.
Today I noticed it again and decided to find out what it was. I did a search on the name and only this site -with complaints about unauthorized charges- came up.

I called my bank, like the others had done, and they also said that the charges seemed to be pre-authorized and advised me to call UMG*MY ADV at (888)6731306.

I called and was surprisingly satisfied with the service I recieved fom the phone operator, Danielle. She told me who UMG*MY ADV was and what they did. She said that I was enrolled in two different services that they represent and that -that was why I was being charged a monthly fee. She said this was probably due to some tele-marketer.

I told her I that I did not know what they were and did not want those services. She ,cheerfully, agreed to discontinue the charge to my credit card and said a $79.00 credit would be credited to my account.

I do have complaint over how they were able to, somehow, debit my credid card; but, I cannot complain I recieved from their telephone operater. I'm still not sure who they are or how they got my card number, but they did agree to credit my money back to my account.

I overdrew my bank account, so I inquired further. Apparently, this company UMG*MY ADV is taking my money. A withdrawal of 19.95. UMG*BUYEDG is also taking the same amount and doing so every month. The phone number is 888-673-1304. Someone picked up and they reimbursed me my last month's payments, but I still lost money on the deal...like the over draft fees, and the other months that they charged me for. DO NOT let this happen to you....
