hi my name is william and i have been unemployed going on over a year.i am 40 yrs.old and in great shape physically and mentally but guess what my unemployment ran out which i didnt want i prefer to work.i have applied to macy's, alot of temp agencies, even your burger joints, grocery stores i am at the bottom of the barrel and i can do all these jobs cause i have experience in all of these fields, i have been interviewed and told yes we will hire you once we do a background check, dont get me wrong i was not a saint but i have never killed, stolen anything, robbed anyone, no drug charges, no child molestation charges.i have a a few d.u.i.' s but i cleaned my life up and applied to wal-mart and i worked there 8 yrs ago but now they send out to have someone or some company do a background check and they decide if i am a criminal or not and say whether i can get a job at macy's, walmart, bi-lo or even krystals hamburgers.what the hell i just want to work and provide for my family.i dont want a hand out i want a job.that is all i want a JOB.
