While looking to correct a Registry Code 19 error on the Microsoft Support website I was directed to a product called Registry Booster sold by a company called Uniblue who is a Microsoft Premier Partner. I ran the free test and 117 critical registry errors were discovered. Of course I wanted those corrected, right? So in order to do so you have to purchase the product, which I did. The product did not correct the Code 19 error so I submitted a ticket to their customer support for assistance. I waited a week with no response. I submitted another ticket, again nor response for over a week. I submitted a request today for a refund and guess what? I got a response asking me if they can help me address my issues with the product. I told them too little too late and I want a refund. They make you accept their terms and conditions in order to get a refund. Basically they threaten to sue you for $150, 000 for infringement if you use the product after requesting a refund. Well I wiped my computer clean to correct the code 19 error so I don't have their crappy software loaded on my PC anyway. So I accepted. Now I'm waiting to see what happens next. This is a warning to all. Please stay away from this product and the company for that matter. I don't think their customer service really know how to address technical issues, based on their unresponsiveness. It's obvious they are basically email readers that address only the administrative needs for the company.

Uniblue run a scam where they supposedly offer a product for free if your purchase their Registry Booster Product. The following has happened over the past couple of weeks:

SCAM 1. They have increased their SRP of Registry Booster to $39.95 but offer a constant $10 discount, which nets it out to their original $29.99. This is falsely leading a customer to believe they are getting a discount.

SCAM 2. They supposedly offer a free product to the value of $29.99, which is NOT sold anywhere else and therefore has no real value. The free product doesn't even do anything of value.

SCAM 3. They recently increased the supposed SRP of their free product from $29.99 to $39.99 to make it look like they are offering an even better deal. What they forgot to do, however, is change the price in their shopping cart. So, you see 1 price in the pre-cart page ($39.99), then the original price in their shopping cart ($29.99). WHAT A SCAM!

I RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE ON SUNDAY WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE E-MAIL. THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. I HOPE TO RECIVE POSITIVE RESPONSE WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
