I was redirected to this merchant by NexTag. I placed an order for 2 tee- shirts which arrived within only a couple of days; however, they arrived without tags and appearing to have been worn with considerable wrinkling and an odor of gasoline. I went to their website to review their return policy which stated I would have to return them with tags and obtain an RMA # (return approval) within 14 days. After several calls and e-mails, requesting assistance with this return and an RMA#, I finally received an e-mail reply 4-5 days after my final correspondence with a customer service representative. This following response is copied and pasted verbatim: Mr. Green We have to request RMA's from the vendors that ship for us and they are putting RMA's on the back burner and we have to wait for them. Thank you Susan To this day, I still haven't obtained that #. My suggestion is to avoid this merchant and be cautious when using NexTag. Terrible customer service, return policy and questionable merchandise being sold as "new."
