My factory is small, the drive way right in front of the factory front entrance is for customers and patrons to park and also act as a loading and unloading area.
It is situated right opposite Unijoint Sdn Bhd which is a huge factory. They tend to like to park their cars, lorry or huge tractors in front of my office drive way or on the road blocking the drive way. There was once they used their forklift to pick up someone's car which was park on their lot and placed it onto my factory drive way. We drove and asked around, we even asked the Unijoint workers but no one admitted until a Myanmar worker next door which work pretty late the night before told us it was Unijoint people that did it. The car which was fork-lifted to the front of my office drive way remained there for 3 days.We got pretty angry at them, I told them If there are not going to remove the vehicle that they left on my factory drive way I will report the incident to the Police.
We always let things slide at first, because it is sometimes just temporarily, but since the forklift incident I got really mad, because we were really being so nice and tolerated all of the earlier nonsense. Since then, my friend a law graduate suggested that we place a no parking tow away notice to warn them from parking right in front of our office door.
It sort of work, yes no one really dared park right in front of the office door or the drive way, but they still tend to parked huge tractors with container on the road blocking the drive way now and then. As we do not tolerate such nonsense from them anymore, I usually call up their office or asked their workers to remove the vehicle immediately.
Is there any other legal way to warn inconsiderate companies like them so that they will be more considerate of others next time?
