I took a new wool crepe pant suit for drycleaning for the first time to this organic cleaners with the specific request that the suit be steam pressed after cleaning. Instead it was pressed without steam, leaving the wool fibres destroyed and that nasty shiney finish. When I brought it back, they did attempt to cor rect the problem by steaming it. To no avail. The suit is unwearable and I am out a suit and $21.50.
