Repeated calling - despite being informed that I am on DO NOT CALL list
I have received about 9 or 10 calls in last 30 days. On each occasion I have informed them that my phone number is registered on DO NOT CALL list and requested that they stop calling me. A couple of times when I got upset at them, their reps kept on calling back just to be annoying! When I sought their phone number, I was supplied with bogus phone numbers. (Their numbers do not show up on my called ID and ignoring it only results in repeated calling by them.)

On the last two occasions I have asked for and spoken with a supervisor. In both cases they have ensured me that they will remove my name for good from their list, only to be called back again.

I have just registered a complaint on the FCC website. I hope this people are put out of business!

Fraud..Abusive language
http://www.uniontelusa.com and http://www.uniontelecomusa.com both are fraud guys..
They call for promotion.. after talking to them if you say no, they tell you wasted my time.. let see you hang up the phone or i do..

how can u trust such guys, when u already paid.. BEWARE GUYS...

Charges are not clear
The companie does not send bill charges on time and if you pass from the amount that they acredid you. They call you to charge you, but when they send the bill summary they don't explain in detail what are the charges and do not show what you have pay them over the phone. And when you call them they give you a run aroud explanation and they just said to you $$ that what you owen so any ways you still have to pay them. this incedent have happen 2 or 3 time to me already. that why i have decided to complain. Thanks.

Fraudulent transaction
I did enquire about a deal after a telesales person from UK transferred me to the USA office to register. I was told that there would be no joining up fee and I needed to give my credit card number as a method of identification. After discussion with the person in US, I decided not to go ahead with the deal and asked him to cancel my name and take the credit card details off his records. After 5 days I get a bill from barclaycard of 43 USD. This is downright fraud and people need to know about this . There is as usual no reply from the office, and no response to the emails. The scam is actually being conducted from UK in this case and the calls are being routed to USA.

SO BEWARE OF ANYBODY TRYING TO SELL CALLING PLANS TO INDIA-- IN THE NAME OF UNION TELECOM

Fraudulent promises and abusive language
Fraud company stay away from them, over charged me, will not refund my security deposit and still calls me and used in-appropriate language.

I wish if the responsible persons will go through the same pain everybody else is going by signing up with this company.

Poor Service and Deceit
Union Telecom did not tell me that they do not return the "security" deposit - they simply provide a calling card, with outrageous per minute charges. Their lines have a lot of static. They drop lines and rebill the $0.39 connection charge. My effective rate on calls to UK including Union's bogus "taxes and fees" was over $0.10 per minute. Union Telecom is a poor choice if your average phone call length is under 10 minutes. The $0.39 connection charge doubles the rate. They billed me for 353 minute call to UK - my calls are usually under 5 minutes. Had to fight to get that call removed from my bill. They also are quick to slap a $9.95 late payment fee. Union Telecom does not bill to a credit card because they know consumers will dispute the charges and credit card companies will black list Union. Reliance does not engage in any of the nefarious practices of Union Telecom. Try calling the Union Telecom customer service line before signing up - you'll have static on the line, poor phone manners, etc. That should tell you to run from Union.

money refund
Hi guys, I am agree with all of you. UT is the fraud company i saw sofar.i called them today to refund my money and they said there is no account with ur name and they took money twice from my account.
Please help me and i saw somany people getting cheated with these frauders

Fraudulent claims and promises
Telemarketer latched on like leech. Inflated billing by showing excessive minutes per call than acutal minutes.
Customer representatvie gave a direct line to contact in case of any problem. That line does not go through. Promised to refund the deposit if we decide to discontinue the service. Unable to get the deposit back.
A big fraudulent company. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL.

wrong billing
A telemarketing agent from the company called me saying that they offered .4 cents per minute.Lucky Gill was his name.He also gave me his phone number which is not a working number anymore. So, I was told that I had 300 minutes free for the first three months and that there were no taxes or connection fee. I have not even used more than a 50 minutes in two months, but I have been billed twice. If you try to talk to customer service, they either don't understand or speak English well or they have been trained to pretend to to do so. I know that I have to pay the bill or my credit report will be screwed--thanks to the system in America.What a scam this company is running.

Unprofessional/Abusive Language
I am getting calls from Union Telecom New York for last severl days/weeks the name of the person is (S.C.). One day he called at around 11 PM. He is very unprofessional. On asking the detail he gave me two websites http://www.uniontelecomusa.com and http://www.uniontelusa.com/ he told that half of the information is on one site and half other. On saying at least 100 times that I will not take the service neither I will give you approx $39.95. I was shocked to hear when he said '$40 me mare ja rahe ho' (English translation: You are dying in $40). I got angry and yelled at him and disconnected the phone. After all this - see his courage, he still called me the very next minute- may be to tease me. I will file complaint against them.
