On 03/23/2011 Sheila Fisher of 111 Carriage Lane hit the passenger side of my car I was parked on the opposite side at Mother Goose Daycare in Sauk Village. I had to rent a car from Enterprise the following day because My passenger car door was unable to open. So I proceeded to pay $300.00 dollars for four days and called the Unique/Accurate Insurance company to find out why I couldn't get my car serviced as soon as possible. The representative I was to speak to name is Estabon-He never returned my phone calls so I called his supervisor Patricia and she was so nasty when I told her the company that she works for can't be a legitamate company because no one has contacted me since the car accident. Patricia tells me that I was contacted by Estoban and I told her no I wasn't we went back and forth before she hung up on me. I called her back and told her that her company would be reported. I was finally contacted on Thursday of May 12, 2011 and told by Patricia that I would only receive $285.00 to repair my vehicle due to the fact that My car wasn't parked in a parking space at the daycare, so their client was not totally liable for the repairs. Unique Auto was only going to pay for 75% of the damages. So i'm driving around with a broken door and side mirror hanging. This leaves me no choice but to take the sutomer to court.
