This company is a RIP-OFF!!!

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on their website or the 'model' flats they show you.

The overall staff is lazy, disrespectful, and the company does not fulfill their basic promises. Many residents in my building have gone without internet and television for months (included in the rent).

There are many times where I could not even take a shower because the water was simply not running, or the hot water was shut-off without notice (not as a result of not paying rent, because I had a direct debit set up with my bank).

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have lived in a number of rental places in my life, and NEVER have I been treated with such disrespect. The staff should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their residents.
