So get all your voicemails and signed and notarized statements from relatives, neighbors, employers, co-workers and file a complaint and file a LAWSUIT we HAVE TO STOP THESE unethical employees that regardless of our credit. I will be getting all my documentation together! All of the people they contacted including myself kept an accurate time and date journals and several voicemail recordings! They even called my husbands ex-mother-in-law, who I met one time and she surely wasnt one of my references, by the way she is a well known attorney here in Columbia, South Carolina??? Imagine that? She's getting ready for this one! haha.. Intelligent again United Auto????? haha... If it wasnt for us they wouldnt have anyone to help cut their lives short with their elevated blood pressure/anxiety/ insecurity that they display trying and never understanding professionalism. People who control are very fear filled people and very insecure people...hahaha ...All the complaints have come from different locations? That's sad! Come on people together they can be dealt with!

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
The matters covered in this Code are of the utmost importance to the Company, its shareholders and its business partners, and are essential to the Company’s ability to conduct its business in accordance with its stated values. We expect all of our directors, officers and employees to adhere to these rules in carrying out their duties for the Company.
The Company will take appropriate action against any director, officer or employee whose actions are found to violate these policies or any other policies of the Company. Disciplinary actions may include immediate termination of employment or business relationship at the Company’s sole discretion. Where the Company has suffered a loss, it may pursue its remedies against the individuals or entities responsible. Where laws have been violated, the Company will cooperate fully with the appropriate authorities.

Following the receipt of any complaints submitted hereunder regarding the Company’s financial statements, accounting, internal controls or auditing matters, the Audit Committee will investigate each matter so reported and take corrective and disciplinary actions, if appropriate, which may include, alone or in combination, a warning or letter of reprimand, demotion, loss of merit increase, bonus or stock options, suspension without pay or termination of employment.
How does the Code affect all employees?

What are some activities addressed in the Code?
