put fails info on Credit REPORT
United Auto Credit Corporation Messed my Credit up for 9 month's. i was never late on payment's at all thay put it on my credit report as REDEEM REPO. We was wondering why we Could not Trade the Truck off at any dealer ship. Until one dealer told us why .then i took out the check book and showed the sale's person i was never late Ever since i bought the truck. the sale's person gave me the credit report too. United Auto Credit Corporation was checking my Credit report and saw i was trying to Trade that Truck off.thay wanted to Mess up my credit to KEEP me paying that 24% interest . When i Called them about them messing up my credit the guy told me oh how did that get on there and laughed about it. i told him i do not think it's a laughing matter when you guy messed up my credit for 9 month's .I could not trade that Truck off because of that on my Credit report.Ya thay fixed it but it was to late NO ONE WANTED THAT TRUCK NOW FOR A TRADE IN.

Harrassment And Rude
We have had a loan with this company for the past 2 years. They constintly harass us. If our loan falls due on a Sunday I wait till Monday to pay it and before I even get up they are calling. They are very rude, hateful, mean and call multiple times a day till you make ur payment. My contract states there is a 15 day grace period, they even call before the due date. They have been told numerous time not to contact my husband at work, even by his employer, and they are still harassing him at work. They even went as far as contacting a man who lives down our street with a paper to give to us when we got 5 days late on a payment. We sitll have more payments with this company and I sure hope someone can find a way to put a stop to the harassment and the way this company treats people.

unfair fee's
we were informed today that this company is closing there office in my area, We can mail in our payment to there cal office but I have been told from the start never mail in my payment because you can send it in weeks in advance but they always come in late at least in there hands but I can give them access to my bank account so they can take out the payment when they want BAD IDEA, so I can call in my payment or use the Internet and the charge is 15 dollars this fee was never in my contract been with this company three years never late and this is how they screw us I juess just because we have some bad credit all medical bills they can treat us any way they want guess what we can fight back if there is enough of us it is called a class action

rude, very unprofessional, and don't return phone calls
I called to pay on my bill. This guy was a representative for United Auto Credit Corporation and he was very rude to me and ask if I could afford this car. I have been paying on this vehicle for the past 5 years. Toward the end of my contract. I got injured and had to leave my job. I have only 3-4 payments left on this vehicle and Im waiting my edd. They have no ideal that I m doing my best to pay off this car. I called and talk to another representative, and she did not give her name. She promised to call me back and never did. They are the most rediculous loan company I have ever had to deal with. If I could I would drag their name into the mud.

Rude, Harrassing, interogating, ripoff company
I have been harassed with phone calls up to 23 times a day after missing a car payment. The latest complaint that I have is towards an employee of UACC named Juan, He was completely unprofessional in his tone of voice and had a rude attitude towards me. He threatened that if I did not make my car payment on the day that my payment was due that he could not guarantee my account and that at any time he could come repo my car. I had dealt with him before to switch my due date to a date that would better suit my finances at the time; however, something came up that caused me to not be able to make my payment on that date but rather on the date that I was originally assigned, causing me to be behind about a month on my payment. I paid immediately on the next available pay date, and then paid again two weeks later to cath me back up on my account. I called Juan to have my due date switched back to the original date assigned to me, and here is where it became ugly. He told me that he has already switched my due date once and I failed to make my payment on that date. He said that he called numerous times to get a hold of me, which he did harassingly (up to 23 times a day on one occasion) and did not appreciate me not answering his calls. I told him my situation and why I needed to have my due date switched the first time, and then why I needed to have it switched back. It was either I have my car payment due date switched back, so that I would not be late making the payment for my car and not be late for paying my mortgage, which I would pay from the other pay period. He told me that my needs were no longer his concern and that he would not change the due date back. I then explained that my choices were going to be either make my car payment late or to pay my mortgage late. He said that I needed to make a choice right then and there as to pay my car payment or to pay my mortgage, but still he was not going to accomodate my needs. Telling me in an angered and sarcastic voice that I needed to make my car payment onthe date that he set up for me. The thing that upset me the most is he interrogated me by asking me what happened to the money from the last payment that I was suppose to make that I missed by two weeks. He asked me where I spent my money or if I spent it on something else. I am still waiting to speak with a manager to address this complaint. It seems though that every time I call he is not there or is busy and unable to take my call. I have left a message with the other staff to have my call returned by the manager, but have also not received any phone call. I would not recommend this company to my very worst enemy. They will do nothing but mis-treat you, harass you, try to yell at you, interrogate you, threaten you, and rip you off severely. I have not even received a receipt of payment from this company in over 6 months. DO NOT USE UNITED AUTO CREDIT FOR YOUR FINANCING NEEDS.

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE, THEY HARRASSE YOU ALLDAY LONG BY CALLING YOUR PHONE 4 TO 6 TIMES ADAY. THEY CALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY 3 AND 4 TIMES ADAY. I CALL THEM BACK AND ALL THE DO IS THREATEN YOU. YELL AT YOU.

Very Rude
I personal did not take a loan from this company, but unfortunately my sister did. I have received harassing and unprofessional phone calls from this company. They have went as far as to email me on my Myspace account. The people working for this company have no common since and they need to go to school to learn how to use proper grammar and ethics when dealing with the public. Needless to say I would not recommened this company to a dog.

These people are the worst.
I was 1 day late and they were calling people who live on my street whom i have never met much less used as a reference.
My advice steer clear of these creeps if you can.

Harassment
Beware of buying a car and not finding out who it will be financed from. I bought a van in 2006 and was financed thru United Auto Credit and it has been one harassment after another. I was told there is no grace period, they do not work that way, I have had threatening phone calls, emails and they have even shown up on my door if I am one day late. Give me a break. These people need to be shut down.
