An unauthorized charge of $14.95 was chrged to my AT&T phone bill. AT&T had me call UNITED COMM . LINK, LLC to handle this and to call AT&T back with a confirmation # . UNITED COMM . LINK, LLC sad that I signed up for their voicemail service, which I DID NOT, I have never heard of them, nor have I ever used or intend to use a voicemail . UNITED COMM . LINK, LLC told me they would issue a credit of $14.95 + tax and that they would cancel my account with them, ( I did not have an account with them) . How did this happen and why did AT&T allow this to happen and not fix it themselves ?
