I called UCA after I herd thier ad on 66WFAN Am radio in August. I spoke with a gentleman and after understanding that they can improve my score by close to 100 pts, I joined. At first I was sent everything that they promised me: a copy of my credit report, and a contract. About three weeks later I was sent a letter from the credit bureau telling me that the negitive items are being challenged. It has been close to two months and I haven't herd since. After repeted phone calls and a number of messages that I left, I stopped payment to UCA. To be honest i'm not sure thats the right thing to do? I just researched UCA and read that NJ put a freeze on their assests. Im writing this because I believe that UCA is not fulfilling their agreement that I am paying them for. I was extremly hopeful that UCA could have helped me.

i call hem from 08/01/08 and no body pick up the phones call,
and they never file my bankruptcy and they don't pick up my call,
i call the office hes cell no answer,
please help me get back my 10, 000 dollars,
