I opened an account with united credit source almost two years ago. I repaired my credit through them and I had some outstanding creditors that needed to be paid. United Credit Source withdrew almost $300 a month for my outstanding bills. This account was opened with Tom Johnson he turned it over to Kelly Stampler. This was supposed to only take one year Kelly never followed through. She kept telling me to wait to take care of them by the end of the year which was December of 2009. I kept trying to get in touch with her i finally found out she quit. Eric Large started handling my account within two weeks I called back to see what the status was he was no longer there. I was given to Suzanne Pharr now she's no longer there. I closed my account through Suzanne on May 3rd, 2010. She said she needed an email stating I would handle my account and no longer wanted their service. My balance they had was $1100.00. $400 of it was put into my account direct deposit, she said the remaining balance would follow by mail. She couldn't tell me what bank my money was in, a month has passed and now Suzanne Pharr is no longer there. I cannot get a live person on the phone, they keep telling me to call 972-608-3300 and someone will help me. All I get is a voicemail, and never a return call. The person that answers at the 972-608-3305 tells me theyre a call center and they cannot help me. I live in Austin, TX, they are in Plano, TX I cannot just get up and drive to their place of business. I'm owed a refund of the remaining $700. I've tried calling to the call center for a different number or to speak to the manager in charge. They put me on hold and never come back to service the call. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and the simple fact that they have caller ID they will no longer answer my calls.
