This company charged $995 to my credit card, and then stated they were unable to help. They claim to have initiated a refund process on 2/1/11. To this date of 5/14/11, there is still no credit to my account. When I speak with the company directly, they suggest it is not their business to process the refund, and they have no information on the company that does. The man on the phone refuses to give me a name of himself, or anyone else, and when asked, he did confirm they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau.
