In December of 2010, we hired United Duct Cleaning to clean our air ducts. The service they performed was poor. When leaving, they drove over 2 expensive landscape bushes. 2 months of trying to communicate with UDC along with the submission of a replacement cost estimate, have not provided any meaningful response or resolution. They claim to be insured.
Do not use UDC or United Duct Cleaning.
