GREAT NEWS FOR ALL VICTIMS OF UFS REFUNDS ON THE WAY!!! I got a letter from the Florida Attorney General Economics Division. UFS has promised them refunds to all who contact them & refunds should be by Aug 31, 2011. Everyone who reads this needs to contact UFS to remind them they're owed a refund because I am sure they won't do it unless you contact them. I sent a email to jlyons, afoster & [email protected] & I also faxed them my refund request. This posting is not a HOAX ! I have been ignored by UFS since July 2010 & they owe me $4, 854.00. They have ignored by emails, calls & faxes the entire time. by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, regarding
your concerns with United Financial Systems.  Attorney General Bondi asked
that I respond.

Attorney General Bondi is deeply concerned with potentially unfair and
deceptive trade practices that mislead consumers.  By law, this office
exercises statutory authority to address unfair and deceptive business
practices under Chapter 501, Part II, Florida Statutes, known as Florida's
Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.  Our office focuses its
enforcement efforts on business practices by companies which harm
consumers.

The Attorney General's Economic Crime Unit in Fort Lauderdale investigated
the business practices of this company, and the company has agreed they
will make refunds to all consumers who have requested such no later than
August 31, 2011.

I am attaching a copy of a letter from Assistant Attorney General Theresa
Edwards to the company's attorney in regard to the refunds.  Please
