United First Financial probably provides a fine product and service. But it does need to improve on the qualifications and credentials of it's agents. If someone is going to advise you on your finances then they should be able to demonstrate some competence in their own finances! Case in point, Kaye lynn andrus Huish from Chandler, Az. is an agent for U.F.F. She works under the umbrella of a company called "a financial plus" Ms. huish' home is currently in foreclosure and has been since Nov. 30, 2006. Her home is scheduled to be auctioned on the county court house steps on June 13, 2007 @ 2:00 P.M. All of this is public record. You can go to the Maricopa county recorders web site @ www.recorder.maricopa.gov and see this for youself. U.F.F.'s program is based on responsibly using an "advanced line of credit" Ms. Huish knows nothing about responsibly using a line of credit! She has managed to blow through some 395, 000.00 in 14 months by taking one line of credit increase on top of another! Lines of credit are a slippery slope for anyone! And this woman is in the business of advising and selling a program to pay off your house in 6-12 years. She will happily sit across the table from you and tell you how great this is and how well it works. And all the while you would probably never know her little secret unless you knew where to look! Maybe she'll be able to salvage her home! But if she does! It'll come at the expense of other people that she sold this program to!
