With ref to the above, Till this date no one was taking responsibility and tried ever to skip from the situation.


Why your people rejected the claim and paid later ?


Who's responsibility to coordinate both of you?


Why we have to be punished due to both people inefficiency?


Who has to educate your people for settling the claim after deducting the dues if any to S B I - If it so?


We demand your people to look in to the matter and settle the interest charges at any cost for the delayed period with out any further delay. Other wise we were compelled to proceed legally as well as complaining to Insurance ombudsmen.

How it can be closed ?

Why abnormal delay happened even after submission of claim forms?

Why it was prolonged by saying that your people not recd the no objection letter from S B I etc..

No one was ready to take responsibility.

Why your people tried ever to defame us by giving false statements ?

We should get the interest from the date of dismisal of my husband up to the date of claim settlment at any cost.

We shold not suffer due to non coordination of your insurance and credit card people.

Dear Madam,

This has reference to your e-mail dated 13th July with regard to payment of Interest charges for the delay in claim settlement. We request you to refere the mail dated 8th July sent by Mr Surenderkumar, Divisional Manager in which it has been clearly mentioned that inspite of our repeated reminders you have submitted the required documents only on 16.7.2008 and moreover we have settled the claim immediately and sent the discharge voucher to you. But then we received the voucher only after 2 reminders and the cheque was sent by Registered Post on 27.08.2008. Under these circumstances there has never been any delay on our part and the payment of penal interest for dealy in claim settlement does not arise. We hope we have clarified your doubts and are treating the grievance as closed.

With ref to the above, till this date we have not received the payment or any communication except from S B I card people. Simply we were communicated by them by saying that we have to communicate to your people reg insurance matters.


So please look in to the matter and do needful immediately. Otherwise we were compelled to proceed legally as well as complaining to Insurance ombudsmen.

At last your people settled the claim recently for basic sum of Rs. 2 lakhs.

As per our request to pay the interest charges for delay and after our repeated reminders also, no one replied or not settled the interest.

We once again request your people to settle the same with out any further delay. Otherwise we were forced to proceed further.
