I keep receiving notices from these clowns, saying I owe $29.95 in back payments for my netzero account.My account is automatically billed to my MC each month, and has not missed a month yet.The account number they have is not ours, and going to our account info at ntezero, our account is current.I called the number for United Online, all you get is a recording, telling you to send payments to their address, or if you dispute the bill, write them at the same address.I wrote, explaining that its billed automatically each month, the customer number is not ours, and netzero says we are up to date, as we have always been.I got no reply, they don't answer their phones, must be they have no one that can talk, or read.This month I got another "final" notice from them.
I am seriously thinking of hireing an attorney, for a civil suit.
