I placed an order for "Never shave again" back in may 2009. I was unhappy with thier product and they gave me a return number and I sent hte product back on 5/28/2009, I was told it would take three to four weeks for the credit to post. I called in June and was told they see the refund request and to allow them a few more weeks to post, called again in july, August and twice this month, all with the same story, to allow them time to process the refund, and they would submit another request.
When I asked for a direct line to their main office I was told they can only send an email requesting my refund be posted. Something should be done with this company, I know I am not the only one this has happened to, As I have read several complaints by others people who still are waiting for thier refunds as well.
