I cancelled my move with them after 14 hours of making a booking with them, they refused to give my desposit back, they said it was an admin fee. 10% of an interstate move, I don't think I have dealt with anyone that has charged almost $100 for an admin fee, unless your taking out a loan. These guys are very unprofessional I will be taking this up with the financial ombusdmen and qld Fair Tradings.

I have heard since then that the people who own this company have been broke a few times. BEWARE DONT USE UNITED REMOVALS
