United Response Serivices is a third-party billing co. for Universal Benefits.I finally got a live person on the phone and he assured me that my account had been canceled and I would get a refund. To anyone else that needs the number, fax Michael Turner, Support Agent at 646-200-5937. I did receive a check that was drawn on a Canadian Bank in Kahnawake Quebec Canada declaring US Funds but the agent at my bank said the check has no Federal Reserve Bank routing number on it and that it would have to go to collection which would take 4-6 weeks. If you get a check, don't deposit it before you have the bank check it out.

Don't give up. Keep calling 877-281-9243 or faxing 646 200-5937 until you get a refund you can cash. Watch your accounts because they took $19.95 out for a monthly fee before I knew it. This is supposed to be a monthly fee for the Universal Benefits co.

This company took $279 out of my checking account without my knowledge or approval. It took four days for them to return my call, only to be told that they don't do the billing. After more calls, I finally reached a third party billing co. and was told to return the info they mailed me and they would return my money. I have already contacted my bank and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on Mon. Anthony Miller (third pary billing associate) told me he could not tell me how they got my checking account number or bank address. He told me I probably signed up by e-mail or phone, which I did not. Then he said that maybe my husband did it for me. My husband is deceased, so that is not possible. I just want my money back because it has really messed up my checking account.
