I contracted with United Roofing in September of 2009 to replace my tile roof in Palm Beach Gardens. At that time they had an A rating with the BBB. The job was completed at the end of November and final payment was made to them. The total cost of the new roof was over $30, 000. In January of 2010 I began to experience roof leaks in my bedroom. After numerous calls to United Roofing and after several visits to my home where a team of 1 man attempted to correct my leak issue; the leak continued. They refused to water test the roof with a garden hose and after each attempt he wanted to wait until our next heavy rain storm. This delay caused major interiour damage to my cealing and walls. Finally, in August after the last visit by "Lonnie" the leak, which had spread to my garage cealing and walls; stopped. Now, my beautiful new white tile roof, still remains uncovered where these repairs were made. No work has been done to replace the tiles that had to be removed in order to repair the leaks.
