My name is Bryan Means. I live in town in Seneca Mo. Are mail has not been delivered to our home over the past week. We did have snowstorm last tuesday. The roads have improved greatly since last week. The post office however refuses to deliver our mail to our mailbox. The route driver who delivers our mail is afraid of getting stuck. So why are they not delivering on foot and why are the route drivers still being paid not to deliver. Instead we have to do there job for them and go to the post office and pick up our own mail because there afraid of getting stuck. What about the people who can't get to the post office to get there mail. I guess that just to bad for them. I delivered for DHL for six years and I had to deliver there parcels right to there door no matter how bad the weather was. I know this complaint will fall on deaf ears, but as a customer I'm very disappointed in the way you have handled this matter. Thank you
