SCAMMERS!!!

If you order anything and return it, be prepared to pay over $30, not only do they NOT refund the shipping to you but they also do not pay for shipping back and only accept Fed Ex. All the products are heavy too. More $$$ for shipping. SCAMERS!!!

My visa was charged with $71.83. I called and stated I did not order anything. They told me when I get the product to return it. Order was received on 3/18/10. I returned the product as instructed. On 4/7/10 I received a credit of $57.50 on my visa. The back of the invoice 90 Money-back Guarantee states that "Univera products PURCHASED by a customer may be returned within 90 days for a 100% refund" and states that it excludes all S&H. This was a product I did NOT purchase or order therefore I should not be charged Shipping nor charged for shipping it back. This company is SCAMMING people on charges they should not be paying for.
