We have given a Mahindra car No. PB-02-BE-0006 for service to Universal motors on 07.03.11. in the name of Mahatma NDL, Namak Mandi, Amritsar. But after a day we have visited the showroom for delivery of car and shocked to see the condition of car was totally damaged and how it is possible. We have given car only for service without any scrach but in the showroom car was totally damaged. Please tell us that what kinds of services are being provided to customer by companies showrooms. Inspite of customer services provider you company showrooms are given harrasments to their customers. The matter was also taken up with Mr. G.M . Ramesh, showroom Manager for settlement but he also mishaved us and used abused language. He know that this car is in the name of Regious society but he used abused language. So kindly look into the matter immediately and settle our matter .
