0% PROFESSIONALISM, CHEAP Treatment by CHEAP Professionals
My son who is 14 year of age, was travelling from MCT to RAIPUR via DEL. Getting down in Delhi airport he was shifted to domestic terminal, after reaching there no one guided him to reach the counter. Though he asked many of the ground staff, none of them gave any assistance. According to him he kept asking to different staff and finally called my brother in Durg(he had a mobile with him), and told him the situation in airport. For good mobile phone was kept on and my brother could listen to my son everything. My son kept asking for guidence but none of the gound staff turned up and listen to him. The flight from DEL to RAIPUR left on time and then one ground came to him and asked, why he was waiting there and to my son's reply he answered the flight has left, now you have to get another ticket and you have to pay money. Meanwhile my brother called his friend in Delhi and informed him of the situation. Here in the airport, my child was put is a very ciritical situation. My brother's friend understood the situation and managed to get in the domestic airport and talked to the person concerned to take my son out and scheduled the flight for next day. Though Indian air lines people were aware of the unaccompnied passenger; they never thought of taking any responsibility to guide him nor did they assisted him, insted they started asking money from that 14 year old inside the airport and harrased him. He still speaks of the most bewitched, unhuman act of the so called educated people involved. I can very well say this is the reason why a good citizen get into terrorist act, where in s(he) don't find any security and moral in home. Our own people turn our own people wild, and the consequence is inevitable. We are spoiling our own generation. VERY PAINFUL!!!
