Whilst purchasing certain items on e-bay, I noticed a charge of £33.19p had been taken from my bank, I have not ordered anything to thar value from anyone but the moneys been taken from my account, the only thing on my statement says mbdetails.com, my name is Robert MCGough and my e-mail address is [email protected], can you please help

At about 8:40AM, they called my office. They've called before dozens of times, and I usually just ignore it. I did try once before to have them put me on the do not call list, but they just hang up. Today, I called back. I got hung up on the first time, again the second time, and again the third. Finally, the third time when they asked if I would like to speak to an agent about reducing my debt, I said yes, and when they asked how much I was in debt I told them 45 thousand dollars. They asked for what, and I said, mostly from people I don't know calling me.
I called back again, and did the same thing, when they asked what kind of debt, I said credit card. He asked what kind of card, and I said the take me off your calling list card. His response? "F*ck You, B*tch. Try harder."
I called back again, and tried to explain to them that they were calling a place of business, and again was hung up on.

Received calls from this number for several weeks. They never leave a message, but call daily. We are on Do Not Call list, and have reported this number to the FCC (twice).

There is a charge of $37.88 Being taken from my credit card and I dont know what it is about. My statement sais it was done on the 3rd of this month 2009.
