recorded message said it was the 2nd time they called (it wasn't), that the warranty on my car was about to expire and that I needed to talk to someone to renew it. They kept me on hold ( on my CELL PHONE) and then asked who I was when I got through to an operator. I told them THEY CALLED ME. The operator immediately said I would be put on their Do Not Call list and hung up on me.

unauthorized use of credit card. Charged 11.99 Nov. 11.99 Dec. 11.99and 11.99 Jan. I do not know what these charges are for and are unable to contact company. There are many claims like this on internet. Why can't these people be caught and and put in jail where they belong.
