an unauthorized charge of $9.99 was taken from my mobile phone account for an unknown service.
I want an immediate refund.

took money out of acct without knowing who they are
who ever these people are took money out of my account in the amount of $31.98 for something i know nothing about.it was done on 3/26/2008. i want the money put back in my account plus the bank fees. thank you betty winkler

I keep getting calls from this Utah number to my cell phone. It started when I started to sign up for a free online offer for a laptop computer. The offer said that if I completed a survey I would get the laptop, but it's really just a data mining site to get your contact information for it's marketing partners so they can hound you...like the number above.

Harassing phone calls
Most of the time when I answer the phone there is no one there. When a person does come on the line they will not say what company they are with. If they would answer that one question I wont acknowledge they have me on the line if I don't know it is that is trying to reach me.
They call me at home, on my cell, and at work.

Charging my bank for something is never orderd from consumerbill.com
You are charging my checking account for an item
I never ordered from you, the account you are charging to is a frozen account as a check book was stolen from me. I have called Bank of America, they gave me the fraud dept number & I will be calling it tomorrow. Since I have never been to your web sight, I am disabled & in my 60's I have no use for any vacation or credit card you pay for in advance.
Bottom line "I WANT MY MONEY BACK!"
last four numbers of account I am being charged from your company is "1155". Now please return my money, I am call Bank of America Fraud dept tomorroow. I want my many returned like RIGHT NOW, not in 6 months!
