1 Augst, 2008. Ordered a Martin "Firecat" Bow on line. Debit card was immediately charged $549.99. Merchandise never arrived.
No email responses were made. Called and was told that there was a dealer delay and product would arrive shortly (december, 2008).
Received email yesterday (March 3, 2009) saying that he had refunded the charge 5 months ago. Bank records showed no such credit.
