We are the owners of a newly established storefront business and were searching online for decent perfume and cologne prices. We came across www.unlimitedperfumes.com and found their prices were in our range. We tried to place a large order (over $1000) and went to checkout. This website unfortunately obligates everyone to create an account with them. We did not want to establish any accounts, just make a purchase and move on. My partners and I notified this company's so called Customer Care and received a biligerant response when we informed them of the problem of not being able to buy from them until an account was created. Representative "JP" responded stating that it took longer for us to write them an email than to create the account and if we had so much trouble with this we needed to buy elsewhere.

Since we did not receive a response from this company within a reasonable timeframe, we thankfully did buy elsewhere (and did not need to create an account) prior to receiving their caring reply. When we responded back explaining that we only wished to make the purchase and not be obligated to sign up for their coupons, newsletters, and countless daily email begging for further business, JP told us to "Get Lost and not to Bother Them Anymore. JP also used a few foul words we care not to share here.

Be aware when shopping with this company. This company is probably one of those with one person sitting behind a computer making it sound like they're a legitimate business. We also checked them out with the Dept of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau and they have an "F" rating which is extremely poor. They have only responded to 1 of the 28 complaints filed against them.

BUYERS BEWARE! SHOP SMART AND CHECK EVERY BUSINESS OUT BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. CHECK OUT THEIR SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES AND DON'T GET CAUGHT UP WITH RESTOCKING FEES ON RETURNED ITEMS. YOU CAN USE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AT WWW.BBB.ORG AND EITHER CHECK ON THE BUSINESS THROUGHOUT THE USA OR SELECT A CITY. THEY USUALLY HAVE A REPORT EVEN IF THE COMPANY IS NOT A MEMBER.

DON'T GET SWAYED BY THE PRETTY WEBSITES THEY CREATE. THIS DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN THEY ARE UP TO GOOD BUSINESS. YOU CAN BUILD A PRETTY WEBSITE ONLINE FOR VERY LITTLE MONEY OR EVEN FREE TODAY. DO NOT ALLOW THESE INDIVIDUALS TO GET AWAY WITH LARCENY. FIGHT BACK!
