SCAM
I thought I bought a '7-day Trial with Optional Lifetime Membership' for a total of 1.99 GBP.
They sent a confirmation email saying the total would be 1.99 GBP and that the 'charge will appear on your credit card as NET-DUSTER.COM'
In fact 49.95 GBP was taken from my account and the reference for the withdrawal was 'downloadinghome.co'
A bad experience. Don't fall for the same scam.

Fraud going on for 2 years
Re downloadassist.com, unrestricteddownloads.com and all these .ru sites seems to be operated by an organization from Montreal
I had the same bad experience on January 24th 2011 with a first purchase of 6, 87 $ US. On February 1st, they charged a 49, 95 $ US fee for life access to a miserable site offering... nothing valuable. I phoned the support line to be told they make no refund; they told me they won't take any more payment. These guys are based in MONTREAL, Canada, using different domain names from several countries, for more than 2 years now! How to stop them? Everybody should complain to their credit car holder, even if they can't block payments to these untrustworthy people. If your personal lost is still relatively low, their profits must be amazing with the complicity of banks credit cards. This fraud covers the entire planet.

ripped off for $42.96
I ordered product (download Windows 7 OS) and paid $42.96 with VISA Card. Looks like the company doesn't exist. Nothing but a website. I have not received product.
I cannot even enter my User Name and Password to LogIN to site.. I cannot even email them as they have not indicated an email address. My receipt was sent NO REPLY!
Upon searching online (Google) i have come to learn that there are hundreds of similar complaints about this so called company. They are appearently an out right RIPOFF!

Fraud/Scam
The company does not exist. Deducted R 221-71 from my credit card instead of R15-00. Received an email from them telling me to go to unrestricteddownloads.com and log in. Also said that I will receive free software when logging in. The website does not exist. The bank told me that it would cost more to reserve the payment then what they have stolen from me and even then I've got no guarantee that I will get my money back. Be on the lookout for this fraudsters.
