I feel foolish for working with this company.

I purchased a 395 report, then was immediatly upsold to the next Optimizer report, which cost another 2500.

When I got the second report, and realized how silly it was, I asked for a refund. Nothing. No return phone calls, and no customer service.

I posted the entire thing at another rip off site, and will continue to update on the progress.

I filed with the BBB in UT, but I expect little from them. They make money by charging the companies, not protecting the consumers.

On the home page of unsecuredlines.com it clearly says "We work with several hundred new business owners every month, and we are closing loans." Its only after you dont get any service, and ask for a refund, that they clearly tell you - "they only help you" they dont actually close loans, or submit loans or in any other way help you.

This company is built on fake false promises made by an aggressive sales team. But thats the way the company founder want it...
