Fraud
I don't know what kind of company is this, but I was charged $14, 95 in May and in June without buying anything. I can't find a number to call neither the exact name of this company and my bank says that I have to contact them to cancel it, not the bank. Please let me know what do to. There are also two other strange companies charging me: HDP*NAT'LALERTREGISTRY 888-

BANK ACCOUNT DEBITED UNAUTHORIZED
WE HAVE NOT USED NET ZERO IN THREE YEARS. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED 4.95 MONTHLY ALL THIS TIME. I JUST DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THIS DISCREPANCY. I WANT NET ZERO TO REVIEW OUR RECORD HISTORY AND CREDIT MY BANK ACCOUNT. ALSO SUBMIT TO ME IN WRITING THAT THIS MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

unauthorized charge
February 27 I was online checking my bank account online and noticed an authorization for $1.00 from UOL*Netzero never having delt with netzero I had no idea where these charges came from and made me very uneasy about how they got my credit card number I have had a paypal account for years so I never enter my card number in. Be careful and keep an eye on your account $1.00 might not be alot but if they do it 50 times it adds up.

Unauthroized Charges
I had canceled my netzero account over a month ago because I couldn't get my laptop to work with their service. The woman I spoke to kept trying to sell me stuff. I continued to say "No" and got very frustrated with her persistence. I was still saying "No" when the conversation was over and the account was finally canceled. I found a charge recently on my bank statement for $4.95 to UOL*NETZERO. I called them up and found that they had charged me for using Norton Internet Security after a 30 day trial. I never used their Norton software since it already came with my laptop a few years ago. I was able to get them to cancel the Norton charges and refund the $4.95 payment. They were able to confirm that I had not used there version of Norton.

Unauthorized charges
As of Dec. 16, I have 2 unauthorized debit card preauthorizations for $1.00 each for UOL*NETZERO suddenly show up in my checking account. I called the number and was asked if I had an account with CLASSMATES! According to NETZERO, they are a partner company with CLASSMATES! I cannot find a number to call CLASSMATES, so I emailed them to cancel my membership. I told them if they are sharing secure information (like my debit card number), then I want nothing to do with them and that I an filing a complaint about them also. I had my bank dispute the charges and had to get new debit cards...God only knows who else got my number from them!!!
So, basically, watch out for BOTH UOL;*NETZERO AND CLASSMATES!!!

Fraudulent Charges
A charge has been made on my debit card for UOL*NETZERO. I have never used their services. Why and how can they gain access to my account? I want them to cease and desist with this action. Maureen Seiden

I have no idea what it is
I am overseas in the military and have a account in the states for emergeny..I was looking at it and saw 2 withdrawls for 2.oo a piece and I have no idea what this is..I dont keep money in there and it has brought me down to 16 cents..I need this taken care of please..thanks
