My kids were in the back yard of our house picking up the trash and te police drives by and called them out of our yard asking them there names car # 52 and car # 59 they gave them there names then all of a sudden they start saying my kids going around breaking into people cars with out proving it . there not harrassing anyone else but my family am i want to press charges against the utica police department they wont come to me to do it in person so i', on line, i've called and all they do is hang up the phone on me.
