customer service and delivery
package due on 2/2/2011, still waiting for this package on 2/7/2011. ups customer service says out for delivery, since the 2nd of February!
can't find a real person to speak with, recorded message says there is noone to take your call at the moment!
I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN AND WILL DO MY MOST TO SPREAD THE WORD. USE FED EX! USE USPS! NT UPS. NEVER AGAIN!

Insurance Fraud
On August 27, 20o9 a brown U.P.S. truck arrive claiming there was possible medicine package to be picked up. There was none. This indicates purgery. On June 24 2010 I recieved a fraudulent precsription pick up call froma Rite aid store. I believ identity fraud is being perpetrated. I believe mail may have been stolen over the course of the past two years. the effects of fraud have a devistating effect on the person involved, including destroying ones reputation and ability to gain employment. I am contacting all possible agencues involved. Any help in uncovering perpetrators is appreciated. Government or an angry person wishing to avoid child support may be involved, but this has not been proven. Iam hoping all possible venues are researched

liars
We sent a package from WA state to OR state on the 16th of Dec. Bad weather caused a few bad days on the roads. Then the online tracking shows day after day of excuses. It got to the actual site that should of deliveded it in 2 days. It is now Jan. 3rd and it has not been delivered. The folks waiting for it have watched the truck drive right by, but the tracking shows that no one was there to sign. This package needs no signiture. But even if it did, they are waiting and watching. They are blatant liars. They are not responsible and I'm almost afraid to see if there is anything left in the box when it gets there.
The local site that we sent from says all the right things...but they obviously can't do anything or really don't care.
This will be the last time we EVER use UPS for anything.
