We received a book shipped from American Vision Tracking No. 1Z3908110350361807 on Feb 25th, 2010 approx 1:00 P.M. The delivered e-mail stated that the book was placed on our porch. The truth is that it was placed in the open on the left corner of our garage ramp. It could have been soaked our damaged by the weather. Normaly it has been delivered at our front door under a porch overhang cover on the milk can or a better place would be to place it on the south side at our back door stoop under the deep 8'-0" + overhang. It is not the first time deliveries have been placed out in the open. Please look into this.
