Stay away from UPS at all costs. After mistakenly taking over £1000 out of my account then denying it leaving me having to cancel all my direct debits as they claimed it was a fraud on my account. The bank said it was odd as the authorisation code was the same as previous direct debits, but UPS kept denying it was them so what could I say. I mean if someone was to commit a fraud on your account, why would you do it through UPS. You would get the money or goods another way. Eventually they admitted their mistake and re-embursed me the cash. Then it gets really interesting. I moved house and told UPS not to send any invoices to my old address. "this is my new address " i said. They said i would have to email the details which i did. I knew there was a invoice outstanding but not the amount. So what do UPS, Invoice my old address for 7months. I phoned so many times, emailed several times to chance me paying them, yes thats right, me paying them but everytime they had the old address so i received nothing. Still not knowing what the invoice amount is I phoned today to find out, and this is a killer, I now have a county court judgement against my name which effects my perfect credit score horrendously. And why, because of non payment of an invoice i never received at my new address after informing them of my move several months earlier.

Total lack of communication between departments or people sat across the desk from each other. You have ruined my credit rating. Luckily i have all emails and correspondence on file. They even denied receiving any emails but another lady who rang me 1 hour later said "yes, i can see those emails"
NEVER NEVER EVER USE UPS UK. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING THEN FILE COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENTS AGAINST YOU. BE WARNED
