I was charged a late fee because Urban Active said that they could noy extract the money out of my account on the 1st of the month. The funds have been available and I did nothing to tamper with my my bank account so that the funds could not be extracted. I was referred to a "manager" named Shannon Munnes. I emailed and called her several times about this matter and still have not received a response. I explained in the email that I could bring proof showing that the funds were available and I did nothing to tamper with my account but the late charge still went through. I tried calling corporate but there was nobody to talk to. If you are thinking about joining this gym I would suggest otherwise. They obviously have a history of bad business.

Urban Active/Paramount Acceptance took 192.15 from my checking account that was not authorized and will not give it back to me. They have givin me the run around with when and how I will get this back. They incorrectly debited my account on 11-19 and told me I would have my $$$ back in 24 hours. 15 days later I have nothing and they refuse to help. Their mistake caused a lot of grief b/c I have other things on auto withdrawl. I would not recommend joining this health club. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well. I suggest you do the same.
