I want to claim my unfair case for using a fittness center.
As I am not American I am not good at writing and speaking English as much as many people in U.S.
So, I just report to you several stuffs that I sent to service department of urban active.
Below is as in Feb 15, 2011:

Thank you for caring for me.
I just reviewd your email but as I told you I sent cancellation document with $10.00 check for fee to your department last month. However I've charged for this month usage about $46.57 and & $11.00 from your department.
You can understand it is not fair because I've already sent my cancellation document and fees to your department.
Please recheck my condition and figure it out for me.
If I have to take any action for my bill, please send me a message or email as soon as possible.

And in Feb 24:
Hi Jessica,
You could remember my name and problem.
I've already notified my case to you and I've been waiting your response however, your department didn't cancel my payment fee. So it is still in my account of credit card.
If you don't have any action for me right now, I will request my case to a Commission Center of Ohio immediately.
I can't waiting your unfair treatment to me and your department did not supply good services for customer.
Again, You should check my condition and confirm what should you do for me.
