So I have been a loyal customer of Orbitz for a few years now. I have flown countless miles and have given them a pretty penny of the years. I missed my first flight ever yesterday due to a car accident and tried to reach Orbitz to change my reservation. For one, the person I was speaking barely spoke English. In addition to everything, they told me that if I wanted to use my credit with them and re-reserve that it would cost me $650 for a ticket that cost $284 on their OWN website!!!
I hate them for treating me like this after years of loyalty...
