These fools are calling neighbors and asking them about a certain person at my address, saying they are attempting to collect a debt.

This is absolutely against their laws and quite frankly I'm thinking about bringing Criminal Charges against them.

This is absolutely above and beyond their legal capacities. This needs to be stopped by the people. There is no telling what means of law breaking they will attempt to do.
