I purchased the 50 U.S. gold coins of the u.s. quartes on jan.3, 2010, and paid by my credit card. I was contacted by them that they were behind for the shipments of the gold coins, but now it is rediculiously over 40dys gone by, and I've called their customer service tel. # 1-800-330-4211 and have left them many messages which they have ignored and have not returned any of my follow up calls to explain to me where are my gold coins/ or when the heck will I receive them!!!?? All I've received is a $10. gift certificate!!! Please help me with this stressful issue. Thank You Sincerely
