Took the money and ran
I had been scammed by a few timeshare resale companies and the US Advocay Department contacted me saying that they would be able to get my money back. Well I bit and sent them the money they said they needed to get the ball rolling. That was the last time I heard from them. They are a SCAM. The US Advocay Department Scam is the worst! BEWARE

Complaint
I thought I was finally relieved when I was contacted by us advocacy department. I had listed my timeshare with 6 companies trying to sell it and had been scammed by every one of them. Then this company called me explaining they could get me my $15000 dollars back and it would cost $4500 which I paid. Well I got scammed again. It's been 6 months and still haven't heard a word back to them. And to top it they charged my card twice and refused to give me the mistake charge back. I hope they all rot in hell for doing this to me.

Boiler Room Recovery
THis Company is a RECOVERY BOILER ROOM... DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY (WIRE OR CHECK) Note that they will not list their terms and condition on their wesite... don't have a refund policy nor do they list their real address... They take your money and Run... they are the same company as US TIMESHARE RECOVERY... they took the money shut down and reopened under this new name!!! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!!
LOOKED UP THEIR ADDRESS>>> They are doing this out of their house!!! Can you belive it!!!
