Poor Customer Service
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I joined in June 2010. I spent $20, 000 plus on the card within a couple of months. They say that you will receive the welcome package (Campnion Certificate and Club Pass) 4 to 6 weeeks after your first charge. When I did not receive the package within 10 weeks of my first charge, I called in Sept 2010. They said that they could see that it was never sent out and they were very sorry and they would send it out, but it would take another 4 to 6 weeks. After not receiving it, I called on Dec 16, 2010. AGAIN, they said that they could see that it was never sent out and they were very sorry and they would send it out, but it would take another 4 to 6 weeks. On Jan 24, 2011 I called and AGAIN they said that they could see that it was never sent out and they were very sorry and they would send it out, but it would take another 4 to 6 weeks, I would get it by late Feb. I talked with a supervisor that said she would file a complaint with the "Executive Dept". I could call back in 7 to 10 days to see if they had any resolution. I asked if anyone could call me and was told no, I would have to call again. Needless to say I cancelled the card. I wonder if USAir knows how bad the customer service is on their card. It seems as if the card issuer has a financial interest in not honoring their incentives.

Poor Customer Service/Unfair Business Practices
If you are looking for a dividend miles credit card, look elsewhere. I have had an account with this card since 2007. I have never missed a payment and have never been assessed a late fee...until last month.

As part of the credit act that Obama passed, my monthly bill due date was adjusted. This act was supposed to protect people from cc agencies, but instead the agencies have managed to use it to their advantage not disadvantage (surprise, surpirse!)

Although the card company told me they gave me fair warning of my adjust payment date, I was still under the impression that my bill was due at the end of month as it has always been for 3+ years. Due to this change in payment due date from the end of the month to the 1st of the month, I mistakenly missed a payment (by 24 HOURS!) My payment was just one day late and I made the payment as soon as I realized my error the next day.

I was assessed a late fee that same day as I noticed the charge when I went to make my payment online. I called to get it removed and they told me I'd have to call back when my payment posted (although they could see I made the payment). I did. They told me they removed the late fee, but have yet to credit my account.

About a week later I received a letter in the mail that due to my (less than 24 hour late payment) my APR was increased 10%!!! I was outraged that they assessed this penalty on me when I had never made a late payment in three years and I only was a day late!

I called right away and was given the usual run-around. After asking to speak with a manager they told me one was not available at the moment but they would have one call me back that night. Needless to say, I never received that call.

I called back the next day again asking for a manager (after having to explain my story over again and again). I was again told, no one was available. I said I would wait until someone was. They kept putting me on hold again and again, each time for a little bit longer and each time returning to ask if I would take them up on the offer to have someone call me back because the manager was in a meeting etc. I refused telling them I do not believe all management is "in a meeting" and I told them I would stay on the line all day if I had to. I got the usual script read to me over and over again and patiently sat through their meaningless words and simply kept insisting I speak with a manager.

After being cut from the call, I immediately called back and again asked for a manger. I must have worn them down because I was finally given one (or so they say) and he cut the line on me too! I called back. Spoke with him and he reiterated their usual babble of scripted dialogue. I told him I was being taken advantage of and I didn't appreciate it and to please take my APR back down. His only statement continued to be "this was not a bank error, this was your error, we have the right to raise your APR and we will not lower it, there is nothing I can do for you at this time." After hearing that over and over despite my attempt to reason any sense into this robot of a human being, I simply told him, "so be it, you have lost me as a customer" . I have since paid my balance off and will never make another charge on this card.

Don't waste your time with the US Air CC. They are a untrustworthy and dishonest company who takes advantage of even loyal, responsible customers so they can pocket any money they can get.

Help spread the word as I would hate for another dime to go to them because of their disgraceful practices.
