I got on the computer and tried to make a reservation through U.S. Airway. I could not understand a thing that the operator said. She kept telling me - Call Bank-Card No Good. After calling the bank and calling back and waiting on line an hour I found that the security code on the back of the card would not go through. So I called the Bank again. They said that they have the correct Security Code. So, I decided to use another Debit Card which went through fine. I called and asked if I had to cancel this flight and they said that it had never been booked because of the problem
When I got to the airport to board there was no issue. But when I tried to get a ticket to return they occused me of double booking and stated that my flight was 5:30 a.m. that morning. They were trying to brush me off. Fortunately I had both itinerys with me with a Confirmation No. on the second reservation...But they still told me not to double book again...They finally got me on the 5:30 flight. I checked my bank statement and my confirmation Numbers and there was no charge, Thank God.
I have RA and it is hard for me to walk in an airport. The whole time I was there I could not find a shuttle...I was in so much pain between the stress and RA that I was crying by the time that I got on my flight.
