Refused to provide food and drinks for a 9-hour flight
On June 28th, 2010, while on the flight from Frankfurt (Germany) to Philadelphia, U.S. Airways stuardess crew refused to provide food and drinks for me and my son for the duration of the whole flight. That was 9 hours without food and drinks. My son has special medical conditions and became de-hydrated. I'm looking for a good lawyer to discuss the issue and its details, and would really appreciate any suggestions on that.

Terrible service
U.S. Airways should be paying people to fly on their airlines. Workers for U.S. airways seem to have a stick up their ass, from the flight attendants to the costumer service representatives. Do Not expect any help with anything and definitely do not expect a friendly smile from anyone working there. Good luck if you loose your luggage, be prepared to spend half of your day on hold until you get your bag back, that is if you get your bag back. I've been on many bad flights but this is definitely the worst in my life. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Please if you care about your mental health at all DO NOT fly U.S. Airways.

ticket vouchers
Last year we were given ticket vouchers that were offered to us for taking a later flight. When we try to use them we are told that there are no flights available. They said that the tickets could be used to go anywhere. They kept my wife and I on the phone for over an hour pretending they were checking different dates. It was all a scam. I finally asked for any day of the year at anytime of the day, and I was told that there were no seats available. U.S. AIRWAYS never again
