Sales rep wrote quote to re-screen our pool enclosure and the company failed to honor the quote. Owner refused to return calls after leaving 3 messages. Company and sales rep gave different story and quote over phone on day of installation (lied about what was on their quote versus my copy of the quote) and gave different price.
